YOU MUST BE A 2012 MIRCI MEMBER TO PRESENT AT THIS CONFERENCE. IF YOU ARE NOT A MEMBER, YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR MEMBERSHIP WITH CONFERENCE REGISTRATION.
If you are paying online and wish to fill in the form online, simply click on the Registration Form link to open the PDF, fill in your information and click on the e-mail button in the upper left hand side of the toolbar. It should open your e-mail program and you can send it to info@motherhoodinitiative.org. If you don't see an e-mail button please save the form and attach it to an e-mail sent to info@motherhoodinitiative.org.
IMPORTANT: Make cheques/money orders payable to "MIRCI." All payments are in CAD $.
If you want to pay by credit card please use the options below and then submit your registration form by email to info@motherhoodinitiative.org or by regular mail indicating that you paid online.
Note: You must send in your registration form and it must match your online payment for us to complete your registration. Please ensure that the membership form for MIRCI and the conference registration form are sent together with payment or payment information.

Every year, our conferences attract a considerable number of presenters from around the world. Before you register, please be sure to check if a visa is required for your entry to Canada.
Citizenship & Immigration Canada (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/index.asp) provides a list of countries for which visa restrictions apply, as well as all other pertinent information you may require before making any travel plans. Give yourself plenty of time as the entire application process can take several months!
Please also note that the registration confirmation you receive from us does not represent an invitation to attend. If you require a signed, official letter of invitation for this conference for travel visas, please email info@motherhoodinitiative.org.
